COLLEEN SIU, PT, DPT, ATC

As both a physical therapist and athletic trainer, Colleen has extensive experience in the management of sport-related injuries, from initial triage to clinical care and return-to-sport assessment and training. She has worked with teams at the recreational, high school, and collegiate level, to include providing sideline coverage for lacrosse, basketball, field hockey, cheer, track, and softball teams. This has allowed for exposure to and training in a variety of biomechanical considerations and sport-specific requirements, as well as fostering connections with the coaching and sports medicine community.

Recognizing the differences in accessibility to adequate strength training programs and the potential influence this has on injury rates, Colleen has a special affinity for working with youth female athletes.

In her personal time, Colleen enjoys playing basketball, exploring neighborhood coffee shops, and enjoying amazing PNW sunsets after a fulfilling bouldering session.
